Homeowner Lead Generation Cold Calling

I need a confident cold-caller to reach out directly to homeowners and identify single-family properties that meet my wholesale buying criteria. Your main purpose on each call is to uncover motivation, confirm basic property details, and secure permission for a follow-up offer from me or my acquisitions team.

You will be working from a spreadsheet of skip-traced numbers (I’ll supply it), dialing through a cloud dialer such as Mojo or CallTools, and logging every outcome in my Podio CRM. A short script and rebuttal guide are ready, but I’m open to improvements if you have a proven opener that converts.

What success looks like
• A steady flow of qualified leads: the homeowner has confirmed ownership, expressed interest in selling, and agreed to a follow-up.
• Complete call notes, including asking price (if given), timeline, property condition, and any pain points.
• Daily upload of recordings and KPIs so I can monitor contact rate, talk time, and lead count.

Fluent, friendly English and prior real-estate outbound experience are must-haves. If you consistently hit targets, there’s long-term work available as I expand into new markets.
