We are looking for energetic and result-oriented professionals for Telecalling, Business Development Executive (BDE), and Business Development Manager (BDM) roles.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients across India.

Explain our product and services clearly and confidently.

Generate qualified leads, schedule client appointments, and close sales (depending on experience level).

Maintain daily activity reports and follow-up schedules.

Work closely with the internal CRM or reporting system.

Indian Standard Time (IST) – Standard Indian Office Hours

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English or regional language).

Basic computer knowledge and internet access.

Previous experience in telecalling, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred.

Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.

Compensation
