Your Responsibilities:
• Find genuine clients/projects
• Send proposals and communicate with leads

Commission Structure:
• 10%–15% commission on every successful project
• Commission released after client payment is received
• Long-term collaboration opportunity for consistent performers
Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Basic understanding of freelancing platforms
• Professional and serious attitude
• No upfront payment expectations
