What we are looking for:
- AI-Assisted Multi-Channel Lead Sourcing: Using AI tools, data scrapers, and predictive intent platforms to find, filter, and extract highly relevant B2B and B2C lead data.
- High-Conversion Intent Filtering: Implementing AI screening mechanisms (AI chat agents, predictive scoring, behavior tracking) to verify interest and ensure we deliver only high-quality leads with high closing rates.
- Smart Cold Outbound & Nurturing: Setting up and managing AI-driven email, LinkedIn, or SMS outreach workflows that warm up prospects automatically before delivery.
- Niche Expertise (Finance & Real Estate): Direct experience generating high-intent leads specifically for insurance agents, mortgage brokers, real estate agencies, or high-ticket service industries.
- Data Enrichment & Validation: Utilizing modern data enrichment tools to ensure list hygiene, accurate contact info, and compliance with local outreach regulations (TCPA, CASL, GDPR).
- Automated Lead Delivery Systems: Setting up seamless, real-time routing (via Webhooks, Zapier, Make) to push qualified leads directly into our clients' CRMs instantly.
- Scalable & White-Label Infrastructure: Designing lead acquisition pipelines that can scale fluidly across multiple client accounts as our startup division expands.
