Hindi Telecaller for Leads
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a fluent Hindi‐speaking telecaller who can pick up the phone, reach out to potential clients in India, spark their interest in our services, and move them far enough along the funnel to book a meeting—or, when possible, close the deal on the call itself.
You will be working only with fresh, potential leads (no cold lists that have been battered already). Because I want the tone and flow to feel authentic, I would like you to create the call script yourself. I will brief you on our agency’s value proposition, target persona, and common objections, then leave the wording and call structure in your hands. We’ll refine it together after a quick dry run, but the first draft is yours.
Day-to-day, you’ll log calls and outcomes in the shared Google Sheet/CRM, note follow-ups, and give me a concise end-of-day summary so I can track pipeline progress. If you have experience with HubSpot, Zoho, or a similar CRM, tell me—that will make onboarding quicker.
Deliverables:
• First-draft Hindi call script (intro, discovery questions, pitch, objection handling, closing + meeting-booking flow) within 48 hours of kickoff
• Daily call activity recorded in the shared sheet/CRM
• End-of-day recap highlighting meetings booked and deals closed
Once we see consistent traction, I’m happy to scale up call volume and move to a long-term arrangement. Let me know how many calls per day you’re comfortable handling, what dialer/CRM tools you already know, and one metric from a previous project that shows you can convert interest into signed business.
