High-Volume Cold Email Outreach Specialist Required

We are looking for an experienced cold email outreach specialist with an already established and fully warmed up infrastructure for a long term ongoing engagement

This is not a one off project. We operate at scale and require support for approximately 1 million emails per month.

Scope of work:
Send cold email campaigns to pre qualified lead lists provided by us
Manage sequences of 3 emails per contact spaced about 10 days apart
Ensure strong inbox delivery and not spam placement
Forward all replies and manage opt out requests

Non negotiable requirements:
-You must already have a fully warmed up and ready to use email infrastructure
-You must have proven deliverability and be able to clearly explain your setup
-No blacklisted IPs or risky shared infrastructure
-Must use custom domains for sending no Gmail or generic addresses
-Sender identities must be professional neutral and not promote another brand
-Must maintain and provide suppression or opt out lists
-Must forward all responses promptly
-Be willing to share reports and ope for verification.
-Be willing to point sender domain to our own domain to improve recipient's trust.

Engagement:
This is a long term relationship with ongoing monthly volume of about 1 million emails
