Website Contact Form Outreach & Screenshot Collection – Multiple Freelancers Needed

Each milestone is 2,000 businesses contacted with 4,000 screenshots collected. Starting pay is $5 per milestone/batch (total, not per screenshot).

I’m hiring multiple freelancers for a high-volume website outreach project targeting the following U.S.-based business categories:

• Merchant cash advance companies and brokers
• Business credit repair specialists
• Virtual office and business mailbox providers (US mail / postal providers)
• LLC formation businesses and registered agent services

Each freelancer will work independently and be assigned their own batch of businesses. This is not a team project between freelancers.

Scope of Work

You will contact U.S.-based businesses through their website contact forms. For each assigned business, you will:

• Find the company website
• Open the Contact Us page or contact form
• Paste and submit the outreach message I provide
• Take 2 clear screenshots showing:
• the completed form before submission
• the confirmation / thank-you page after submission
• Upload each screenshot set using the dedicated upload link I provide

Each milestone of 2,000 businesses contacted with 4,000 screenshots must include:

• 500 merchant cash advance businesses or brokers
• 500 business credit repair specialists
• 500 virtual office / business mailbox providers
• 500 LLC formation businesses

What I Provide

• A dedicated upload link for screenshot submissions
• File naming instructions
• Your assigned business categories to search for and contact

Deliverables

For your assigned milestone/batch, you must provide:

• Successful contact form submissions to 2,000 assigned businesses
• 4,000 screenshots total (2 per business)
• Properly labeled uploads
• No duplicate websites within your assigned batch

Requirements

• Businesses must be based in the United States
• Each website can only be contacted once within your batch
• Screenshots must be clear and readable with website URL visible
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping

Pay Structure

Payment is milestone-based.

Starting milestone: $5

After every 2 completed milestones, pay doubles until reaching the maximum cap of $110 per milestone.

Example:

Milestone 1 — $5
Milestone 2 — $5
Milestone 3 — $10
Milestone 4 — $10
Milestone 5 — $20
Milestone 6 — $20
Milestone 7 — $40
Milestone 8 — $40
Milestone 9 — $80
Milestone 10 — $80
Milestone 11+ — $110 maximum per milestone

Important:

If you request or negotiate custom pay upfront, then all milestones will remain at a flat $5 each with no milestone pay increases and the workload will double to 4,000 businesses with 8,000 screenshots per milestone .
