High School Vending Site Sourcing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m rolling out a new line of snack-and-beverage vending machines and need a reliable list of high schools that are genuinely interested in hosting them. Your task is to identify suitable campuses, make initial contact with the decision maker (typically the principal, facilities manager, or district purchasing officer), and confirm basic placement requirements.
Please focus exclusively on high schools—public, private, charter, or vocational are all acceptable as long as they meet typical student-traffic levels. I’m looking for locations that either do not already have vending or that are open to switching suppliers. While local knowledge is welcome, web research, LinkedIn, and brief phone or email outreach will probably be necessary to verify interest.
Deliverables I expect:
• Spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing each school’s name, address, approximate student population, confirmed contact person with title, phone/email, and a brief note on their openness to snack and beverage machines.
• Any placement restrictions or commission guidelines mentioned during your outreach.
• A short summary of your outreach method and overall response rate so I can gauge future follow-ups.
Accuracy is key; I’d rather have twenty solid leads than a hundred unverified names. If you have prior experience placing vending machines or doing B2B lead generation for schools, let me know in your proposal. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right freelancer, and I’m happy to answer clarifying questions along the way.
