Project Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify high-intent B2B prospects for various ISO Certification services (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 27001).
Mandatory Pre-Project Training
Before the project officially commences, the selected candidate must attend a mandatory 3-hour non-paid training session.
Objective: We will provide an in-depth breakdown of the various ISO certificates we offer.
Strategy: We will define our targeted sectors (Manufacturing, IT, Logistics, etc.) and explain the unique selling points for each.
Goal: To ensure you are fully equipped to speak knowledgeably to decision-makers from day one.
Scope of Work & Requirements
Prospecting: Identify companies needing ISO compliance based on industry trends.
Outreach: Conduct cold outreach via Email, LinkedIn, or Phone.
Daily Reporting: All activity must be logged daily into our shared Live Google Sheet.
Qualification: Payouts are contingent on the candidate completing all project requirements, including daily updates, lead verification, and maintaining the agreed outreach volume.

Month 1,Setup & Initial Traction,• Identify 50+ target companies/leads.• Daily Check-in: 5:00 PM update on Google Sheet.
Month 2,Scaling & Follow-ups,"• Manage follow-up sequences for ""warm"" leads.• Daily Check-in: Log all communication touches daily."
Month 3,Optimization & Payout,"• Finalizing ""Successful Leads"" for bonus payouts.• Qualification Review: Assessment of daily reporting consistency."
Compensation & Payout Terms
Project Fee: $266 USD (100 BHD) base fee.
Success Bonus: $133 USD (50 BHD) for every "Successful Lead" (confirmed meeting or signed contract).
Payment Qualification: To be eligible for the base payout and bonuses, the freelancer must complete all requirements of the work, specifically the daily updates to the Google Sheet and the end-of-day check-ins. Failure to maintain the live sheet daily may result in disqualification for the final payout.
