Healthcare Training Lead Generation & Sales

I am looking for a freelancer to help generate leads and secure training bookings for First Aid, BLS (Basic Life Support), CPR, and AED training programs.

About Us:
We provide healthcare training programs for corporate offices, schools, colleges, apartment communities, gyms, fitness centers, healthcare institutions, and other organizations.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate potential leads.
• Contact prospects via phone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or other suitable methods.
• Explain our training services and benefits.
• Schedule meetings with interested clients.
• Follow up with leads.
• Help convert leads into confirmed training programs.

Target Clients:
• Corporate offices
• Schools
• Colleges and universities
• Apartment associations and gated communities
• Gyms and fitness centers
• Healthcare organizations
• NGOs and community groups

Compensation:
• Fixed project fee: ₹1,500
• Commission of ₹2,000 for each confirmed institutional training booking (schools, colleges, apartment associations, corporate offices, or similar organizations).

Example:
• If a training program has 30 participants, commission = ₹3,000.
• If a college confirms a training program, commission = ₹2,000.
• Fixed fee of ₹1,500 is paid separately.

Requirements:
• Experience in lead generation, sales, telecalling, business development, or appointment setting.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a lead tracker.
• Ability to provide regular updates on outreach activities.
