Health & Fitness App VA for Creator Outreach

Job Description
PepGuide is a health & fitness tracking app for people optimizing their supplement and peptide routines — dose tracking, calculators, stack building, cycle logging, and goal-based compatibility insights. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to run our creator outreach pipeline end to end.
You'll source relevant creators in the fitness, biohacking, and wellness space, send approved outreach across Instagram, TikTok, and email, follow up, keep everything organized in Notion, and hand off warm, interested creators to the founder for the collab conversation. You own cold outbound and pipeline management so the founder only steps into warm deals.
Responsibilities
Source creators in the fitness, bodybuilding, biohacking, longevity, and wellness content space on Instagram and TikTok
Log creators and all details in our Notion tracker before outreach
Send approved DMs and emails pitching a paid collab/sponsorship to promote the app
Follow up with non-responders (max two follow-ups)
Monitor replies daily across all channels (under 24-hour turnaround)
Qualify interest, tag status and next action in Notion
Hand off interested creators to the founder cleanly
Send a short end-of-day report and a weekly review
