Grow STR Service Marketplace
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I run Marketplacestr.com, a very young directory that matches short-term-rental hosts with cleaners, handymen, photographers and other local pros. Right now we have only a handful of listings, so I’m starting almost from zero and need someone who has already taken an online, two-sided marketplace from “blank page” to meaningful traction—and can prove it with live examples, analytics or testimonials.
Monetisation is straightforward: each provider gets the first month free, then pays $7.99 per month to stay visible. For every new paying provider you sign up, I’ll pay you a commission equal to their first three months of fees (currently $23.97). That payment is triggered as the revenue comes in, so your earnings scale directly with the business you bring.
City launch is still open—Park City, UT and Scottsdale, AZ are my two candidates—and I’m happy to hear your recommendation based on data or prior experience. My own leaning for acquisition is highly targeted cold outreach (phone and text), but if you have other proven tactics I’m all ears although I don't really have any money to do any paid advertising.
First-quarter objective: hit a specific revenue milestone that we’ll finalize together once you’ve reviewed the market size.

• Building and refining outreach lists, messages and call scripts
