Virtual Assistant Needed for German Creator Outreach
Hi everyone,
My name is Robert, and I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with creator outreach for a new website I recently launched.
The website allows creators to join a waitlist. Your main goal will be to find relevant online creators and contact them in a professional, personalized way to encourage them to sign up.
This role is best suited for someone who is organized, creative, good at online research, and comfortable writing outreach messages.
Your Responsibilities
You will help with:
Finding relevant creators on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms
Selecting creators based on criteria I provide
Writing personalized outreach messages and follow-ups
Contacting creators in a respectful and non-spammy way
Redirecting interested creators to the waitlist
Tracking all outreach, replies, and signups in Google Sheets or Excel
Helping improve the outreach process based on results
Important Requirement
I strongly prefer someone who can write natural German.
Alternatively, you should be very comfortable using AI tools to create German messages that sound authentic, personal, and not translated.
The outreach should feel human, relevant, and personalized — not generic or spammy.
Payment Structure
This is a performance-based role.
You will be paid for every valid creator signup generated through your outreach.
A valid signup means:
The creator is relevant to the target audience
The signup is real and voluntary
The signup is not fake, duplicated, or low quality
The creator was not misled or incentivized in a dishonest way
The first milestone will be 100 valid waitlist signups.
After reaching this milestone, we will review the results together and adjust future milestones and compensation depending on the quality of the signups and how difficult the outreach process was.
Strong performance can lead to higher compensation, larger milestones, and ongoing work.

Comfortable using Google Sheets or Excel
Able to work independently
Careful not to use spammy or aggressive outreach methods
