Generate Warm Upskilling Leads
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I need a steady stream of warm, qualified leads for my IT upskilling programs aimed specifically at graduates and other non-IT professionals who are eager to transition into tech roles. The courses span the full spectrum of engineering and non-engineering disciplines—covering everything from introductory software development and data science fundamentals to specialised cybersecurity tracks—so the prospect pool can be broad, provided each contact is genuinely interested in levelling up their tech skills.
Speed is critical; I want to start engaging these prospects as soon as possible. You may use LinkedIn outreach, targeted email campaigns, relevant Slack or Discord communities, or any other ethical, GDPR-compliant lead-gen tactics you have mastered, but the leads must arrive already primed with basic awareness of paid upskilling options, not cold names scraped from generic lists.
Someone who is taking calls actively and having a matching profile is sufficient work from your end. From there, we will conduct the sales calls and closing. Your goal will be discovery.
Deliverables (per weekly drop):
• 100+ unique leads that match the graduate/non-IT profile
• For each lead: full name, current role or last degree earned, email, country/time-zone, and short note on expressed interest (e.g., responded to poll, downloaded syllabus, attended webinar)
• Lead quality report summarising outreach channel, response rate, and recommended next steps
Acceptance criteria:
• Minimum 60 % of supplied leads open our first follow-up email within 48 hours
• Hard bounce rate < 5 %
• Duplicates or obviously irrelevant contacts will be returned for replacement
