• key property details (address or society name, flat/row-house type, bedrooms, and whether it is currently self-occupied or rented out)
Accuracy and recency outweigh volume, but I expect a meaningful batch—ideally a few hundred records—delivered in a clean spreadsheet with separate columns for each field and time-stamped call notes.
