Generate Local Residential Tiling Leads
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I am starting a residential tiling and grouting business in Perth, WA. I provide services including new wall and floor tiling, removing old tiles and installing new tiles, waterproofing, sealant/silicone work, regrouting, tile repair and small bathroom/laundry/kitchen renovation work.
I am looking for someone who can generate real, qualified residential leads for my business. My main goal is to get 4 to 5 genuine leads or booked appointments to start with. I do not want random contact lists or fake leads. I need homeowners who are actually interested in getting tiling or renovation work done and are willing to speak with me for a quote.
Your job will include:
• Finding potential residential customers in Perth
• Contacting them through cold calling, messaging, social media, local groups, or other suitable methods
• Qualifying the lead before sending it to me
• Confirming what type of tiling work they need
• Collecting their name, suburb, phone number, email if available, job details and preferred contact time
• Booking an appointment or quote inspection with me where possible
• Providing all lead details in a shared spreadsheet
A qualified lead means:
• The person is located in Perth
• They need residential tiling, waterproofing, regrouting, sealant work
• They are interested in getting a quote
• They have agreed to be contacted by me
• Their phone number/contact details are valid
Please note: I only want genuine leads. Duplicate, fake, non-contactable or uninterested leads will not be accepted.
To start, I would like a small test campaign focused on getting 2 to 4 qualified leads or booked appointments. If the results are good, I may continue working with you long term.
