The loads may be Full Truckload or Less-than-Truckload, and I’m open to every equipment type: dry van, reefer, flatbed, drayage containers or standard OTR.
A lead counts as qualified only when the prospect has completed a quote form that includes:

• equipment requested
• weight, ready-date, and any special notes

• confirmation that they expect a callback from a carrier or broker
