Gaming Community Lead Generation Assistants
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I manage lead acquisition for BTV Affiliates Pvt. Ltd., the team behind several fast-growing international gaming communities and recurring online tournaments. With our player base expanding month on month, I now need two to three part-time assistants who can feed a steady stream of fresh, qualified leads into our pipeline.

Scope of work
– Social media outreach will be your first channel. You’ll engage prospective players, sponsors and partners on Facebook and Instagram, leveraging inbox messaging, targeted group participation, post comments and, where appropriate, lightweight ad boosts.
– Parallel to that, you’ll run concise email campaigns built around promotional offers we provide (e.g., free tournament entry, early-access beta keys, or discounted ad slots for brands). Copy is supplied; your job is to personalise, schedule and monitor performance.
Day-to-day expectations
• Research and compile contact lists that match our gamer and sponsor personas.
• Start conversations, respond promptly and hand warm prospects over to our in-house community managers.
• Maintain an up-to-date tracker with outreach attempts, replies and conversions so we can see exactly what’s working.
Tools & metrics
We currently use Meta Business Suite, basic Instagram DM automation, Google Sheets and Mailchimp. Familiarity with these (or comparable) platforms will help you hit the ground running. Success is measured weekly by number of qualified leads delivered and engagement rates on both channels.

Hours are flexible and results-oriented; most assistants average 10–15 hours each week. Tell me about your experience with Facebook/Instagram outreach and promotional email blasts, and include one concrete example of lead numbers you generated in a past role.
