# GMass Email Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist Needed

We are looking for an experienced **GMass Email Marketing Specialist** to help us build, automate, and optimize our outbound email marketing system.

This is initially a setup project with the potential for ongoing monthly work.

Our objective is to build a scalable cold email outreach system that consistently generates qualified leads and booked meetings.

## Scope of Work

The successful freelancer will:

### GMass Setup

* Configure GMass correctly
* Connect Google Workspace accounts
* Configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC (or work with our IT team)
* Ensure excellent email deliverability
* Warm up email accounts where required

### Campaign Setup

* Import prospect lists from Google Sheets
* Configure mail merge fields
* Personalize emails
* Schedule campaigns
* Create follow-up sequences
* Configure automatic replies and stop rules

### Email Marketing

* Help write and optimize cold email campaigns
* Improve subject lines and open rates
* Improve reply rates
* Create A/B tests
* Recommend best practices

### Lead Management

* Organize lead databases
* Remove duplicates
* Verify email addresses
* Segment prospects
* Maintain clean mailing lists

### Reporting

* Track:

* Open rates
* Reply rates
* Click rates
* Bounce rates
* Deliverability
* Provide weekly reports and recommendations.
