Full-Cycle Sales Rep - $60/sale Commission

We're hiring commission-based sales reps to sell AI-generated websites to tradespeople in USA, Canada, and Australia.

ABOUT VISIBL:
We help plumbers, electricians, contractors, hairdressers, and other service professionals get found on Google with professional websites. Our service costs $59 setup + $29/month.

YOUR ROLE (Full-Cycle Sales):
- Find your own leads (Google Maps, Facebook, LinkedIn, directories)
- Cold call/email prospects (50-100 calls per day)
- Qualify small business owners
- Present our AI website solution
- Close deals and get payment

YOUR EARNINGS:
- $60 USD per closed sale
- 100% commission-based (no base salary)
- Paid weekly via PayPal/Wise
- Realistic earnings: $1,200-$4,800/month depending on performance

WORKING HOURS:
Choose your market:
- USA/Canada: 9pm-5am Philippine time (day shift USA)
- Australia: 7am-3pm Philippine time (perfect alignment)

REQUIREMENTS:
Sales/BDR experience (minimum 6 months)
Cold calling experience (comfortable making 50+ calls/day)
Lead generation experience (you find your own prospects)
Excellent English (native or near-native)
Self-motivated hunter mentality
Comfortable with commission-only structure
Reliable internet + quiet workspace + headset
Experience selling to USA/Australia market is a PLUS

WE PROVIDE:
- 2-day training program
- Sales scripts and objection handling

COMMISSION STRUCTURE:
- $60 USD per client who pays $59 setup fee
- Paid every Sunday
- No commission if client refunds within 30 days
