French-Speaking Lead Generation Team (LatAm)

We are creating a core team of 5 professionals fluent in French to support our expansion in customer service, lead generation, and sales. This is the first stage of a long-term project, with significant opportunities for growth and leadership. This is a commission-based role with no cap on earning potential. We are specifically looking for candidates based in Latin America (LatAm candidates only).

Requirements:
Native or near-native French fluency (spoken & written).
Based in Latin America (LatAm candidates only).
Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service, lead generation, or sales.
Strong communication skills and a proactive, client-focused mindset.
Reliable, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound communication with French-speaking clients.
Generate qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.
Deliver exceptional customer service with fast and efficient resolution.
Contribute ideas and improvements as part of a growing international team.
