Project Title: Freelancer for tele calling, we are placement consultants in Insurance Sector and are looking for freelancers for tele calling.
Purpose of the tele calling:
- to find candidates for Recruitment or Placements in Insurance sector with reputed companies. We try ro find candidates and align thrm for interviews to get them jobs.
Target audience for the tele calling:
- Candidates with any sales experience, candidates with insurance sector expeirence
Script for the calls:
- Yes, a script has been prepared
Skills and Experience:
- Graduate in any field
- Age : 21 years to 40 years
- Previous experience in lead generation through tele calling or tele calling is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to follow a script and adapt it as necessary
- Good organization and time management skills
- Proficiency in using tele calling software and CRM systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to generate leads to to find candidates who are lookikg for a job change or jobs in Insurance Sector
- Follow the provided script to introduce our products/services and qualify potential leads
- Gather and document relevant information from each call, including contact details and specific requirements
- Provide accurate and detailed reports on lead generation activities
Additional Information:
- This job can be done anytime between 10 am to 8 pm India time (to be discussed)
- Payment will be based on targets and huge commisions are there (to be negotiated)
- Indian Sim card required to make calls
- fully Work from home
