Freelancer for Business Outreach – Ice Vending Machine Placement (Pay Per Call + Bonus)
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Job Description:
I’m seeking a motivated and reliable freelancer to help find and contact businesses in Orange County, California to secure placements for ice vending machines.
You’ll be responsible for identifying potential business locations (e.g., gas stations, laundromats, car washes, convenience stores), making cold calls or email outreach, logging all contacts in a shared tracker, and setting up direct communication with me and the business if they show interest.
This is not an hourly job — you’ll be paid based on your output (calls made) and results (bonus for interest or placement secured).
Note: If this project goes well, I may hire you again for similar outreach tasks — including ATM machine placement and other types of vending machine opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Research and list businesses that may be good candidates for an ice vending machine
Make cold calls or send outreach emails using a script provided
Pitch the free placement service to the business
Log all outreach activity in a Google Sheet tracker (template provided)
Set up follow-up calls or site surveys with me when businesses are interested
Coordinate a short confirmation call or email with the business to verify interest
Tools You’ll Use:
Google Sheets (tracking)
Google Maps, Yelp, or online directories (lead discovery)
Google Voice, Skype, Zoom, or other tools for US calling
Compensation (Pay-Per-Call Model):
$0.75 per verified cold call or outreach attempt (logged and tracked)
+$10 bonus for each business that shows serious interest (“warm lead”)
+$100 bonus for each business that agrees to site placement or installation
+$50 bonus if placement is secured within 2 days of first contact
+$25 bonus if secured within 7 days
Verification Policy (for Bonus Payments):
Bonuses will only be paid after interest or placements are verified by me via:
A three-way phone call with you and the business owner
A written email from the business confirming interest
Or a scheduled follow-up call that I can join to confirm directly
Ideal Candidate Has:
Strong spoken and written English
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation
Confidence in calling U.S. businesses
High attention to detail and good organization
Professional and persuasive communication skills
