Job Description:
We are 4E Energy , a leading solar solutions provider based in Tamil Nadu, currently seeking a freelance Telecaller and Marketing Executive for a 6-month contract.
This is a remote/field-based opportunity for someone who can support our lead generation, follow-up, and basic marketing efforts in the solar energy sector.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Telecaller:
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Explain our solar products and services
Follow up with interested leads and maintain call logs
Coordinate with the sales team for appointment setting
Marketing Executive:
Promote our brand and services through offline or online channels
Support in generating qualified leads from institutions, industries, or households
Share promotional content on WhatsApp, social media, and other channels
Report marketing performance and updates weekly
Requirements:
Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus)
Basic knowledge of the solar industry (or willingness to learn quickly)
Experience in telecalling, sales, or marketing is an advantage
Must be available for a 6-month engagement
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
