Freelance Recruiter / Talent Sourcer (Remote)

We are looking for 2 additional freelance recruiters/talent sourcers to join our recruitment team.

This is a fully remote opportunity focused on sourcing candidates located in the United States and European Union for a Virtual Assistant platform-testing project.

Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential candidates through LinkedIn (recruiter lite we will subscribe for you) and also other platforma like, social media, job boards, forums, and other channels
• Share project information with interested candidates
• sahre my calander link with candidates so they can shedule interview once they shedule interview and apper in interview then you get paid

Compensation:
• $20 USD for each candidate you source who successfully schedules and attends an interview
• Payments made bi-weekly
• Top performers can earn approximately $80–$120+ per week

Requirements:
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach and messaging
• Ability to source candidates online
• No prior recruiting experience required ( i will teach in onbaording) if you have experince alredy using linkedin recruiter then fine you are best fit

We currently have an active recruitment process and are looking to fill only 2 remaining recruiter positions.
