Freelance Outreach Executive (Remote) – Students Welcome

We are looking for a confident, proactive individual to help us connect with NEET coaching institutes and schools across India.

You do not need to be a qualified sales professional. What matters most is your ability to communicate clearly, build rapport, and confidently speak with people over the phone.

1. Your Role:
- Make cold calls to coaching institutes and schools.
- Reach the counselor, principal, director, or decision-maker.
- Introduce our opportunity professionally.
- Gather relevant contacts and information.
- Secure follow-up conversations and meetings.

2. Who We're Looking For:
- College students looking to earn extra income.
- Fresh graduates.
- Freelancers.
- Anyone who enjoys talking to people and isn't afraid to pick up the phone.

3. You should be:
- Confident and professional.
- Comfortable making cold calls.
- Persistent without being pushy.
- Able to engage people and create interest.

3. What Success Looks Like:
This role is focused on outcomes, not activity.
Making 20 calls with no meaningful conversations is not the goal.

4. We're looking for someone who can:
- Reach the right people.
- Build interest.
- Create opportunities.
- Open doors for future discussions.

5. Compensation

Performance-based with earning potential of up to ₹600 per/week depending on results and lead quality plus bonus if the lead is closed.

6. Important
This is currently a pilot project.
We're testing a new outreach initiative and looking for the right person to grow with us.
