I need a researcher who can quickly scan the market and build a clean, decision-ready lead database that matches our ideal customer profile. The scope covers eight priority industries: manufacturing plants / factories, warehouses & logistics hubs, farms and agri-processing facilities, cold-storage sites, commercial office complexes, malls and retail centers, schools / universities, and gas-station or fuel-retail networks. All company sizes matter to us—small (1-50 employees), medium (51-200), and large (200+).
Your job is to spot the right organizations inside those industries, identify the real decision-makers, and verify every datapoint before it reaches me. Once the information is confirmed, segment the leads by the qualification criteria we agree on so that outreach teams can act immediately.
Deliverables
• Qualified target company lists
• Contact/personnel database of decision-makers
• Daily progress and output reports
o Metrics: Number of qualified leads/research outputs delivered
Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of contacts must be active decision-makers or strong influencers.
• Email addresses must pass validation tools such as NeverBounce or ZeroBounce.
• Any record with missing or unverified fields will be rejected.
• Final file delivered on schedule in the agreed format.
