Florida Cleaning Leads Cold Caller

I run a growing cleaning company in Jacksonville, Florida and want to keep the phone ringing with qualified prospects. I’m looking for someone who enjoys cold calling and can consistently book appointments with both commercial and residential decision-makers.

On the commercial side you’ll be targeting offices and retail stores; for homes the focus is on move-in/move-out and post-renovation cleans. I’ll supply a short pitch, service details, and either a vetted call list or access to my CRM—whichever you prefer. You’ll handle the dialing, introduce our services, uncover needs, and secure either a phone or on-site estimate slot on my calendar.

A quick daily update through Google Sheets or a comparable tracker is enough for me to see progress, but feel free to work with any dialer or VOIP platform you’re comfortable with.

Deliverables I need at the end of each week:
• Contact details and notes for every conversation
• Number of qualified leads booked and their appointment times
• Brief call summary highlighting common objections or questions
