Freelancer Client Acquisition Proposal (Fitness Coaching)

I am currently looking for a freelancer who can help me acquire new clients for my online fitness coaching service.

Role & Responsibilities:

- The freelancer will be responsible for finding and reaching out to potential clients through platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google, or other relevant channels.
- The goal is to identify Spanish-speaking individuals genuinely interested in fitness and online coaching.
- These prospects must then be directed to my WhatsApp, where I will handle the conversation and close the sale.

Target Audience:

- Spanish-speaking markets, including but not limited to: Argentina, Mexico, Spain, Chile, and other South American countries.
- Age range: 18–35 years old.
- Interests: primarily gym/fitness (muscle gain, fat loss), but also running, swimming, and general performance training.

Compensation Structure:

- Payment will be strictly performance-based.
- The freelancer will receive 25% commission per closed sale.
- A “closed sale” is defined as a client who successfully completes payment for the coaching service after being referred by the freelancer.
- No upfront payment will be provided.

Key Objective:
The main objective is to generate high-quality, motivated leads that are likely to convert into paying clients.

I am open to long-term collaboration and scaling this system if results are consistent.
