Finding the Work from Home Employees for Financial Work (Indians Only)

I am looking for work-from-home employees who can assist with credit card selling. Prior experience in the financial industry is preferable but not required. I am looking to hire more than 7 employees. Rs.1500 given for 1 Credit card selling.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in credit card sales or financial industry (preferable)
- Strong communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording sales transactions
- Languages --> Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Other Indian Languages
