Find Off Market Business Seller Leads - Pay for Results

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me find the home address of off-market United States business sellers in the technology industry or any other industry that has high accounts receivables and/or high assets.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following: IT infrastructure, IT services, IT staffing, healthcare staffing, SaaS, cybersecurity,
The ideal candidate should be able to identify businesses with the following characteristics:
* private businesses
* 11-50 employees
* $5-$25 million dollars in revenue
* NOT represented by a broker and not on the market.
The project requires the freelancer to have excellent networking and communication skills or some other unique and magical skill that will accomplish what I need done. I'm looking for leads only. The leads need to be for a business that is for sale but NOT represented by a broker. I'll pay by the lead and significantly more if I can close a deal. If I can close a deal where you provided the lead, I'll gladly provide a $10,000+ bonus check. I will write that up in a contract BEFORE we get started.
I have access to the funding necessary to get this done, whether it's one deal or 10.
