Financial Services Lead Caller
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
PERFORMANCE BASED***
Willing to add hourly or fixed weekly rate after a month, based on performance/trial period.
Looking for motivated appointment setters to call homeowners and schedule appointments for our licensed Mortgage Protection Specialist.
This is NOT a hard sales role. Your job is to introduce the program, handle basic objections, gather a few qualifying details, and either transfer the prospect or book them on the calendar.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound cold calls to homeowners
* Follow our proven script
* Handle common objections professionally
* Gather basic information (beneficiary, age, monthly mortgage payment, and monthly budget)
* Schedule appointments or complete warm transfers
* Update the CRM with accurate notes
Requirements
* Excellent English and clear speaking voice
* Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred
* Reliable internet and quiet work environment
* Professional attitude with the ability to build rapport
* Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
Compensation
* $20 for every qualified appointment that is booked
* $50 for every issued policy (close)
* Monthly performance bonuses based on both:
* Number of appointments that show
* Number of policies issued
