US Field Service Lead Generation

I need a researched list of US enterprise contacts at companies that buy
or manage outsourced field services. The campaign feeds an outbound
program, so data quality matters more than volume. Lazy or scraped
lists will be rejected and unpaid.

Full brief is attached. Read it before bidding. The headline rules:

- Four verticals only: POS and payment terminal repairs, satellite and
telecom equipment installation, laptop and PC repairs, field sales.
- US only. No Canada, UK, AU, India, or anywhere else.
- Titles: VP or Director level only, function must be Field Operations,
Field Services, Service Delivery, Network Deployment, Warranty
Services, Technical Service, Hardware Operations, or Customer Service
Operations. No CXO, no SVP, no EVP, no Manager, no Engineer. No Sales,
Revenue, Marketing, or Brand titles (one exception inside the Field
Sales vertical, see brief).
- Personal mobile numbers in E.164 format only. No toll-free (1-800,
877, 855, 866, 833, 844), no switchboards, no IVR, no extensions.
Verified line type = mobile / wireless.
- Direct work emails in firstname.lastname pattern. No info@, sales@,
support@. Verified through ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, or
MillionVerifier.
- Competitor exclusion list and named-example targets are in the brief.
Read sections 1 and 7 carefully before sourcing.

Process:

1. Bid with (a) a one-line confirmation you have read the attached
brief and (b) ONE sample contact you have built to the brief rules,
pasted into the bid text. Real contact, all fields populated as per
section 4 of the brief. Bids without a sample will be ignored.
2. On award, build a 10-row pilot batch within 48 hours.
3. We audit 100% of the pilot against the section 5 acceptance checks.
If more than 5% of rows fail any single check, the pilot is rejected
and we do not proceed.
4. On pilot pass, scale to 50 contacts per business day.

Payment:

Per-contact pricing based on your bid. We pay for accepted rows only.
Rejected rows are not billable.
