Field Sales Executive Recruitment

I need an experienced field sales executive who can take our financial services portfolio directly to customers, nurture relationships and close deals without constant supervision. Your day-to-day will revolve around meeting prospects face-to-face, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions and driving new revenue.

Because we operate in the financial-services space, you’ll be expected to speak confidently about products such as loans, insurance or investment instruments while remaining fully compliant with local regulations. Demonstrable strength in client relationship management is mandatory; I’m looking for someone who can open doors, keep communication warm and turn first-time buyers into long-term partners.

You should already be comfortable planning your own territory visits, documenting activity in a simple CRM, and reporting weekly progress in clear, data-backed terms. Cold-calling, negotiation and product-training experience are all welcome, but your ability to build trust and grow accounts will carry the greatest weight in my decision.
