Field Marketing Exec – Navi Mumbai

I’m expanding our on-ground presence across Navi Mumbai and need a Field Marketing Executive who can hit the streets, spark conversations, and quickly turn interest into qualified leads. Your first months will be measured by the volume and quality of new leads you bring in, so a results-driven mindset is essential.

Day to day you’ll map and visit high-potential zones, pitch our services, log prospect details, and nurture them until they’re ready for the sales team. Expect plenty of face-to-face interaction and the freedom to shape your own route plans.

Key attributes I must see:
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in field marketing
• Ability to work independently

A background in retail or telecommunications will help you understand our customer profiles faster, but I’m open to talent from adjacent sectors if you can prove quick learning on the ground.

You’ll receive a salary with performance-linked incentives, travel allowance, and clear growth paths as we scale. A two-wheeler is handy for covering larger territories, though not mandatory.
