Facebook Ad Media Buyer to Create Lead Generation for Local Business
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are an advertising agency transitioning into the real estate niche for the long haul and we’re looking for an experienced Facebook media buyer / performance marketer with extensive experience working with local businesses to help them scale (not e-commerce brands).
You will need to create Facebook ad campaigns and ad sets for multiple clients and link each one to a chatbot sequence on Messenger or WhatsApp (which isn’t hard to learn).
Note:
* Experience with Facebook ad Instagram integration is a plus
* Prior experience with Manychat is a plus
* Real estate knowledge is a plus

? Be highly creative and comfortable with unorthodox bold thinking. We’re not here to get passable results for clients - we’re here to completely blow them away and eliminate competition.
? Have case studies of local business clients you’ve worked with in the past, and be comfortable discussing them on a call / having us reference them to clients as we grow together.
? Have a framework you’ve personally tested and refined for everything from testing to optimization to scaling.
? Possess a strong understanding of your edge (what makes you different from other media buyers).
? Be fluent in English.
? Be open to a long-term working relationship.
?Thrive in a lean, remote environment where teamwork is important but working well autonomously is essential.

??? Job Responsibilities:
✅ Full reign over Real Estate client’s Facebook Ad accounts
✅ Brief account auditing to facilitate client acquisition process (only for clients who show strong interest and are near the close)
✅ In-depth research process using clients’ past ads, data, audience insights, and competitors ads.
✅ Mapping out a customer-centric Facebook ads funnel that re-targets the full spectrum of warm and hot traffic
✅ Setting up all ads, including copywriting and segmenting audiences appropriately
✅ Clear testing structure with minimum thresholds for all KPIs
✅ Daily campaign optimization
✅ Scaling accounts sustainably and aggressively
? Compensation:
• Pay is on a per client per month basis
• Give us your fixed rate in the screening question
?Transparency (Side Notes):
- No agencies (that includes white label), we want a dedicated individual.
- No Entrepreneurs or Influencers of any kind
- There has ti be a mutual understanding that the more we keep each other in the loop, work together, and strive for a deeper understanding of each other’s systems & processes, the faster we’ll grow :)
Lastly, you must have case studies to leverage. Having more case studies with bigger clients will always stand to benefit all of us in closing larger clients.
