About the Role
I’m running a local cleaning-moving business in Australia, and our only form of marketing is through free organic listings on Facebook Marketplace.
Competition has grown rapidly as more moving- cleaning- plumbing companies have realized that posting frequently from multiple accounts is the key to staying visible.
I used to manage 5 personal accounts for this, but after 4 years they’ve all been flagged or restricted from posting on Marketplace. (I was operating all accounts from one iPhone only, big mistake)
I’m now looking for a reliable professional who can take over this operation, helping me scale back up with new accounts and consistent postings — without getting flagged or shadow-banned.

Your Responsibilities
• Create or provide at least 6 aged & verified Facebook accounts with full access to Marketplace (Australian region preferred).
• Use an Australian VPN or proxy to ensure authenticity and avoid account restrictions.
• Post at least 2 listings per account per day, focused on local moving services within my city.
• Write or repurpose engaging ad copy that highlights our main selling points — speed, care, and transparent pricing.
• Use photos I provide (or lightly edit them if needed) to make each listing look clean, real, and appealing.
• Monitor listing performance — renew expired posts, test variations of headlines, descriptions, and images to find what converts best.
• Relay all incoming leads/messages to me via Messenger or email immediately, so I can follow up in real time.
• Maintain detailed notes and share insights on which strategies perform best over time.
What Success Looks Like
A post is considered complete when it’s live, visible, and engaging with local users (e.g. getting views, messages, or saves).
Your goal is to create a steady flow of organic Facebook Marketplace listings that make our moving service the first option homeowners see when they need help relocating.
Requirements
• Experience managing or farming multiple Facebook accounts.
• Familiarity with Marketplace algorithms, shadow-ban prevention, and local targeting.
• Access to Australian proxies or VPNs.
• Fluent in written English and able to write short, persuasive ad copy.
• Attention to detail and consistent daily communication.
