Export Lead Generation & Cold Calls
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
My company is a merchant exporter of moringa powder and green coffee, and I want to open new doors across North America, Europe, Asia, and Africa. The immediate objective is simple: generate qualified leads that are genuinely interested in importing these two products.
Here’s what the workflow looks like from my side: I will brief you on our product specs, pricing bands, and typical order volumes. From there you will research importers, distributors, private-label brands, wholesalers, and food-ingredient companies in the four regions, build a clean contact list, then pick up the phone (or VoIP) to speak with purchasing managers or owners. Every call should aim to confirm interest, capture decision-maker details, and, when possible, agree on a next step such as sharing samples or setting a follow-up meeting.
Deliverables
• A spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) with company name, contact person, role, email, phone, region, and call outcome
• Call logs with brief conversation notes and agreed next actions
• A summary report highlighting the number of contacts dialed, conversations held, and leads qualified
I already have basic marketing material; you’ll just need to weave that into your pitch. Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar data tools is a plus, but any method that produces accurate, compliant contact information works for me.
Quality counts more than raw volume—I’d rather have 25 solid prospects than 100 unqualified names. If this first batch goes well, there is steady ongoing work as we scale production.
