The C8's should have heavy Sales experience, instead of Customer Service experience.
* Cold Caller, US Energy Program (Solar Campaign). Conducted high volume outbound calls to U.S. homeowners using VICI dialer. Qualified prospects for residential solar programs, handled objections, confirmed eligibility, and booked appointments for outside sales teams. Consistently worked 200 to 300 calls per day while maintaining quality standards and appointment targets.
* Recruiter, The Call Center Doctors. Sourced and screened candidates for roofing and sales campaigns. Gained strong familiarity with roofing services, sales profiles, and home services hiring needs, providing indirect but relevant exposure to the renovation and roofing industry.
* Recruiter, Remote Leverage. Managed high volume requisitions for sales roles, conducted phone screens, explained compensation and role expectations, and coordinated interviews. Built strong conversational and qualification skills through daily outbound calling.
