Your core mission is simple: locate Airbnb listings with recent negative reviews or mention of damages, reach out to the hosts through social media messaging, and guide them to sign up on my site.
Preferred outreach
I’ve had the best response rates on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, but I’m open to you testing direct Airbnb messaging or any other channel you can justify. What matters is genuine, personalized contact that converts.
Messaging support
I’ll share a rough outline of my current pitch. You’ll refine it—tone, hook, and call-to-action—so every DM feels tailored yet still on-brand. If you find a better angle as results come in, iterate and improve it.

• A lead-tracking sheet showing profile link, date contacted, response status, and outcome
• A minimum of 20 qualified hosts per week who either schedule a call with me or sign up directly on AirbnbDispute.com
Acceptance criteria
Hosts must have at least one publicly visible negative review or mention damages within the past 12 months, and they must acknowledge interest in review removal or damage recovery.
