IP Enforcement SaaS Lead Generation
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m rolling out IPEnforcer, a legal-tech SaaS that helps trademark, copyright, and patent owners detect and act on infringement. To hit launch goals I need a marketer who already knows the legal-tech world inside out and can move fast on a full-funnel growth plan.
Here’s what I need you to jump in and own from day one:
• Quickly identify and reach decision-makers who hold IP portfolios, using the same tactics you’ve proven out in legal-tech: targeted email outreach, LinkedIn automation, and highly focused paid traffic.
• Craft persuasive ad copy, landing-page messaging, and cold-outreach sequences that speak to the real pain of infringement and frame enforcement as an immediate ROI.
• Build and run multi-channel campaigns—LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, X, niche forums, and strategic paid placements—testing creatives and audiences until we lock in predictable acquisition.
• Track everything, surface insights weekly, and adjust the funnel based on data rather than gut feel.
Deliverables I expect in the first four weeks:
1. Audience and messaging brief validated with sample prospects.
2. Live cold-outreach sequences (email + LinkedIn) with automated follow-ups.
3. At least two paid traffic campaigns with ad variations and matching landing pages.
4. Dashboard-style report outlining cost-per-lead, opportunity value, and next-step optimizations.
If you have bonus experience marketing law firms, IP attorneys, brand-protection services, or compliance tools, let me know—it will accelerate our ramp-up.
We’re in active launch mode, so immediate start and rapid iteration are essential. Let’s get IPEnforcer in front of the right owners and turn infringement headaches into a growth opportunity.
