I need support setting up and running a results-driven email outreach program focused entirely on generating fresh B2C leads. You’ll take ownership of the whole workflow—from building targeted prospect lists and crafting compelling copy to scheduling sends, monitoring deliverability, and tracking every response in a tidy pipeline.
Your day-to-day will revolve around:
• Developing segmented mailing lists that match my ideal consumer profiles
• Writing concise, persuasive sequences (cold intro, follow-ups, re-engagement) that feel human and spark replies
• Managing inboxes, tagging conversations, and qualifying each prospect so I can step in only when a lead is warm
• Reporting weekly on open, click, and conversion rates, plus actionable tweaks for continual improvement
I already have basic ESP access; if you prefer specific tools like Woodpecker, Lemlist, or Mailshake let me know—flexibility is fine as long as deliverability stays high and data remains GDPR-compliant.
Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 25 qualified B2C leads booked for a sales call in the first month
• Open rates consistently above 40 % and reply rates above 8 % by the end of the second sequence
• Clean, exportable CRM report showing every touchpoint and current status of each contact
