Email Marketing Expert Needed (Mailchimp) – Campaign Setup, Automation & Optimization

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist who can help us design, execute, and optimize email campaigns using Mailchimp.

Our business operates in:

* Cybersecurity Services (B2B – Offensium Vault)
* eCommerce Store (B2C – Lifestyle & gifting brand)

We need someone who understands both **lead generation and conversion-focused email strategies.


Scope of Work

* Set up and manage campaigns in Mailchimp
* Create email templates (professional & responsive)
* Build automation flows:

* Welcome series
* Lead nurturing sequence
* Follow-up emails
* Promotional campaigns
* Segment email lists (B2B & B2C audiences)
* Optimize subject lines, CTAs, and content
* Improve open rate, CTR, and conversions
* A/B testing and performance tracking
* Ensure proper email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, etc.)


Requirements

* Proven experience with Mailchimp
* Strong understanding of email marketing strategy
* Experience in B2B (services) and/or eCommerce campaigns
* Knowledge of automation and segmentation
* Ability to write or guide high-converting email copy
* Basic understanding of analytics & reporting


Deliverables

* Initial campaign setup
* 3–5 email templates
* 1–2 automation workflows
* Weekly or bi-weekly campaign execution
