Freelancer Required – B2B Email Marketing Campaign Setup and Management
We are looking for an experienced freelancer to support us with B2B email marketing and lead generation campaigns using Instantly.ai or a similar email outreach platform.
The objective is to reach potential clients and generate qualified enquiries for our consultancy services.
Scope of Work
The freelancer will be required to assist with the following:
1. Email Outreach Platform Setup
o Set up and manage campaigns using Instantly.ai or a similar platform.
o Configure email accounts, sending limits, warm-up settings and campaign sequences.
o Ensure the setup follows good email deliverability practices.
2. Lead List Preparation
o Build or clean targeted B2B lead lists.
o Identify suitable companies and decision-makers based on agreed target sectors and locations.
o Verify email addresses where required.
o Organise lead data in a clear spreadsheet format.
3. Email Campaign Development
o Draft or refine cold email sequences.
o Create subject lines, follow-up emails.
o Ensure emails are professional, concise and suitable for B2B outreach.
4. Campaign Management
o Launch and monitor email campaigns.
o Track open rates, reply rates, bounce rates and positive responses.
o Optimise campaigns based on performance.
o Pause or remove poor-quality contacts where required.
5. Reporting
o Provide regular updates on campaign performance.
o Share a summary of leads contacted, replies received, interested prospects and recommended next steps.
Required Experience
The freelancer should have experience with:
• Instantly.ai, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar outreach tools.
• B2B cold email campaigns.
• Lead sourcing and email verification.
• Email deliverability best practices.
• Writing professional cold emails.
• Managing campaigns for service-based businesses, consultancies, engineering companies, construction, MEP, fire safety, or similar sectors would be an advantage.
