Telemarketing Executive (Female)
Location: Goa, India(Remote/Flexible) Commission Basis | Work with a Dynamic Travel Startup

End-to-end tour packages for Umrah, domestic and international destinations

Direct airline ticket bookings (domestic & international)

Visa application support and documentation

What You’ll Do
Proactively identify and engage potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email

Present customized tour packages (Umrah, domestic, international) and flight options

Guide clients through visa requirements and documentation processes

Close confirmed booking orders on a commission-only model

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and bookings in our CRM

Who You Are
Female freelancer based in Goa or pan India with strong local networks

Exceptional communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Konkani or your local language is a plus)

At least 1 year of telemarketing or business development experience in travel or related sectors

Self-disciplined, goal-oriented, and driven to exceed monthly targets

Comfortable working remotely with your own phone and reliable internet
