We are looking for an experienced SEO and AI Marketing Specialist to help us drive targeted traffic to our website and generate qualified leads from the US market.
Project Goals:
1. Increase organic and AI-driven traffic to the website.
2. Generate high-quality inbound leads from the US (Property Management + Startup segments).
3. Improve visibility in Google and AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
4. Set up an automation system for consistent outreach and lead nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. AI-Powered SEO & Content Strategy
a) Perform keyword research (AI + SEO tools) specific to US Real Estate and Startup niches.
b) Plan and create SEO-optimized blogs, landing pages, and FAQs using AI tools (SurferSEO, Frase, etc.).
c) Implement on-page SEO, schema markup, and internal linking structure.
2. AI Search Optimization (AIO)
a) Optimize content for AI search tools to ensure visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini results.
b) Publish AI-structured FAQs and resources on the site.
3. Content Repurposing & Distribution
a) Use AI tools to repurpose blog posts into LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, and short videos.
b) Create a posting schedule for LinkedIn and X (Twitter).
4. Lead Generation Automation
a) Set up LinkedIn and cold email outreach campaigns using tools like Apollo.io, Clay, or Instantly.ai.
b) Create personalized AI-driven message templates.
c) Build lead funnels with landing pages, chatbots, and lead magnets.
5. Analytics & Reporting
a) Track performance (Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM metrics).
b) Provide weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
