Cyprus Real Estate Lead Gen Setup

I'm seeking an experienced freelancer to set up a lead generation funnel for my Cyprus real estate project.

Tasks include:
- Typeform Quiz Creation
- 4 questions + contact capture
- Thank-you screens with WhatsApp/Telegram links

- Meta Pixel Integration
- Track events (start, submit)

- CRM Integration
- Use Google Sheets to store leads

- Facebook/Instagram Ads Setup
- Campaign objective: Leads or Conversions (Typeform destination)
- Create Ad Sets targeting expats, investors, relocators, luxury buyers
- Prepare 2-3 ad creatives (I will provide images/videos)
- Launch with initial test budget

- Delivery of Access
- Ads Manager & Typeform for monitoring

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in Typeform, Google Sheets, and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience in lead generation and real estate marketing
- Strong understanding of audience targeting on Facebook and Instagram
