As a business, I'm looking for someone to provide customer service support for more than 8 hours a day. The candidate should be able to use Live Chat as the channel of communication. Moreover, the candidate shall be responsible for creating their own customer service script and guidelines to follow.
The customer service specialist should be well-versed in customer support principles and practices, have strong verbal and written communication skills, and be able to quickly solve customer issues. The professional should also remain up-to-date on the company's products and services. This person should also be empathetic towards customers and be able to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people.
