Your day-to-day work will revolve around three pillars: cold calling prospects to introduce our curated gift solutions, following up with leads who have already shown interest, and promptly resolving inquiries that arrive by email or phone.

To succeed you should bring excellent spoken and written communication, basic computer know-how for updating call sheets or a simple CRM, and some prior exposure to sales or customer service so you can navigate objections and close small-to-mid-sized orders.
