Startup, looking for Lead Generator & cold callers

I run a young script-writing and copy-writing startup and I’m ready to bring two driven professionals onto the team:

• A lead generator whose sole mission is to build a clean, well-targeted list of decision-makers and their direct contact details (email, phone, LinkedIn) so we can start conversations fast. You’re free to use your favourite tools—LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter, Apollo, or any other platform—as long as the data is accurate and permission-based.

• A salesperson who loves the sound of the next ring. Cold-calling experience is essential; once the leads arrive you’ll be the first voice they hear, qualifying needs, pitching our writing services, and moving prospects toward a signed agreement.

We’ll work in weekly sprints: the lead generator delivers the verified list every Friday, and the salesperson shares call notes and pipeline updates the same day. I’m transparent about performance and compensation, and I reward results above market rates once targets are met.
